36 weeks and Swollen!

Stats from the doctor: Not dilated at all, 50% effaced, and 90% sure the baby is head down, but not 100% so we will have an ultrasound next week. Mexican last night with my girlfriends led to swollen face, hands, ankles, legs, feet all day today!
