Jay spills the beans...

If you don't know Jay very well, then you don't know about one of his most aggravating qualities. He CAN'T keep a secret. I knew this was going to be an issue, but I hoped since it was my secret too that he would come through for me. He didn't. He went to North Carolina this past weekend to stay with his parents and go to a benefit that Rivers and some other songwriters were playing at for my mother in law's school. When he came back I asked him if he told anyone and he said no, then immediately said, well one person. (at least he is honest, one of his best qualities!) It was our friend Butch. Easily Butch could tell his wife Susan, who teaches with my mother in law, Margaret, and it would all be over. But Jay's swears he will keep our secret. Only time will tell!
