Surprise!

The hardest part about first being pregnant is knowing it, but not having the proof until you can take a positive test. I knew I was pregnant almost instantly! I won't go into the symptoms I had on here, but I just knew. So I had a long time to wait and I wanted to keep it a secret from Jay so I could surprise him. I absolutely LOVE surprises and it's so rare that you can actually pull one over on your husband. Jay had no idea. He came home from work one day and I had a little present for him. He had just closed a big deal that day and had gotten paid so I pretended it was a little present for that. The funniest thing was when he opened it, he looked at it, said thank you and it totally did not register. Then he looked at me (he later said he was looking at me for some type of clue to what was going on), looked back at the gift and said, "Wait, are you pregnant?!" It was perfect and the shock on his face was so priceless. It was one of those days you thank God for. And now one other person knows my secret!
